This 2-year project consists of 8 structures for 74 luxury condominium units. The scope of works for this project includes infrastructure, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire suppression works as well as management of various other trades for completion of the entire project.
The construction of all vertical works at this site involved over 50 tradesmen, 6 managers and a wide variety of heavy equipment. The broad scope of works for this project included unloading over 30 containers, erecting over 15,000 square feet of structures, as well as a wide variety of ancillary site works.
The aluminum lean-to and stand-alone canopies at this project required an aggressive timeline for project completion. The scope of works included close coordination with the management teams overseeing the project and a significant amount of night work. We successfully accelerated an 8 week schedule and completed within 5 weeks.
The scope of works for this project involved thousands of hours of heavy equipment, over 15,000 square feet of concrete pathways, paver walkways, stone and concrete retaining walls, synthetic grass, rubber walking surfaces, stainless steel railings, as well as site furnishings and playground equipment.
