This 2-year project consists of 8 structures for 74 luxury condominium units. The scope of works for this project includes infrastructure, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire suppression works as well as management of various other trades for completion of the entire project.

All horizontal works including infrastructure and civils
120 WG personnel building 6 days-a-week for the accelerated 2-year build schedule
Over 10,000 cubic yards of concrete poured with monolithic pours of over 200 yards a day
Over (10) pieces of heavy equipment operating at any given time
Management of dozens of sub-trades
Continuous site and schedule monitoring to drive the project and keep all trades on schedule
