Fire Rehabilitation of Commercial Retail Business
This project included an insurance claim resulting from a fire that severely damaged a 7,500 square foot building. The General Works Contract for this project was gradually expanded to include new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire (MEPF) systems. The project also included the erection of an additional building with a walk-in cooler and a new standing seam roof. This rehab required structural steel reinforcement and the restoration of electrical rooms and distribution. We also installed a large commercial kitchen, which required all new MEPF systems and ventilation.
This scope of work of this project also included extensive paperwork and technical expertise. This includes, but not limited to design/build services, cost engineering, and insurance claim coordination.
