15-Year Refurbishment Works
The rehabilitation of the beachfront at this luxury hotel was completed ahead of the 2-month schedule during the low-season. The scope of works included demolition of all of the hardscaped and pool decking, reconfiguration of the layout and re-building with updated finishes. Additionally, there was significant coordination for moving of a mechanical / pool pump room that necessitated electrical and plumbing retrofitting for new systems.
